Open Prong

Open prong is made of brass material. The product is resistant to corrosion. Open prong is used as nest for top parts of prong snap buttons with marble, transparent  and laser designed caps.

Open prong consists of 2 pieces.

These are;

• Open prong,
• Socket,
  

Application;

With special fastening molds;

• In hand press,
• In armed machine,
• In motored and automatic machines.

Measure ;

The production is made according to the dimensions specified by Yasmine & Co's size chart.

Logo;

No logo can be made to open prongs.

Feature;

Depending on the type of fabric to be applied, long or short legged open prongs can be selected.
Or If you can send a sample fabric to be pressed, we can run a test at our mock-up unit and decide the ideal leg length. We can also provide you with information on how to press the open prongs to fabrics by preparing a data sheet report. It is important that there is no pile difference in the fabric where the pressing is to be made.
