Fastening Machines

Many textile accessories manufactured and sold by our company are used by assembling. In order to perform the said assembly process, assembly machines that differ in technical and operating principles are used.

These machines are divided into three different groups, which are;

• Manual,
• Manual motored
• Automatic

1- Manual Machines;

Manual fastening machines are used in assembly processes based entirely on muscle strength. Setting the place where the product is to be assembled, placing the product to be assembled and applying the necessary force is done entirely by manpower.

2- Motorized Manual Fastening Machines;

Motorized manual nailing machines, the difference in manual nailing machines is that the power required for installation from the engine. Again, the place where the product will pressed and the placement of the product to be fastened are done by hand. Motorized fastening machines have the ability to adjust the pressure to be applied during assembly. In this way, deformation can be minimized in pile operations to be made on different fabrics.

3- Automatic Fastening Machines;

Automatic fastening machines have high production capacity due to the fast working principle. Adjusting the power required for product feed and fastening on the machine side saves time and minimizes your error rate.
